The project involves supplying all labor and materials necessary for the Annual Contract for Water and Sewer Repair Work, which includes the following parts: Part A – Water System Repair Work, Part B – Cured In Place Pipe (CIPP) Installation, Part C – Sewer System Repair Work, and Part D – Manhole Rehabilitation. The Contractor is responsible for performing all work and furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials as required by the specifications or referenced drawings. Bidders must submit a Certificate of Responsibility Number if the bid is over $50,000.00, or a statement if not. No bid will be accepted without this information. Bids must be submitted by the designated hour and date. No bidder may withdraw their bid within ninety days after opening. The contract award is contingent on the bidder considering a goal of 25% minority business participation, with evidence included in the proposal. Non-resident bidders must attach relevant documentation regarding their home state's treatment of non-resident contractors. Each bid must include a Bid Bond or Certified Check equal to 5% of $50,000.00. The successful bidder must furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in the amount of $50,000.00, or as stipulated. Bid documents must be registered for and purchased through the specified website.
