Paving of 5.6 km on Route 11 in Gloucester County, from Bathurst Viaduct (B189) to Tetagouche River No. 3 (T120). Instructions to bidders: Bids must be submitted electronically by email to highwaysprocurement@snb.ca. Bids sent to any other email will not be accepted. All bids must be properly signed by an authorized person; typed signatures in the email body are not accepted. Bids must be legible, properly completed, and include the proper solicitation number. Bidders are responsible for ensuring the entire bid, including attachments, is received before the closing date and time; the official receipt time is when the bid is received by the Province's Electronic Mail System. All bids must be in Canadian Funds, with sales taxes excluded from prices. All tenders must be DDP (delivery duty paid) per Incoterms 2020 DDP, including all duties and taxes, with the seller bearing all costs and risks until delivery. The procurement follows the Procurement Act and Construction Services Regulation. Further details on bid bond, contract term, and insurance are in the related tender documents. The Province of New Brunswick reserves the right to waive minor non-compliance or accept/reject any or all bids at its sole discretion.
