Description

Demolition and renovation of an educational facility in Helena, Montana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story below grade, five-room educational facility.

Separate sealed bids are requested for the demolition and reconstruction of temporary classrooms at Capital High School. The work generally includes demolition of the basement level of the high school and rebuilding five temporary classrooms. Bids must be submitted according to the Bid Package Descriptions. Bidders should refer to the bid documents for further requirements. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, postpone award of the contract for up to sixty days, and accept the lowest responsive and responsible bid in the best interest of the Helena Public School District. Payment and performance bonds may be required at the discretion of the Construction Manager and Owner.
