There are three distinct components of this project and depending on cost the Village may procure services to complete all three components or some portion thereof. Building 1 Village Office Interior Redesign Building #2 Canal Flats Civic Centre Redesign Building #3 Public Works Facility Design. TIMELINE: Owner is seeking proposals from professional, qualified, and experienced proponents to provide consulting services for space use assessment and conceptual design of three municipal buildings. Two are existing buildings, Village Office and Civic Center, which need to be re-designed within the current footprint. The third is a new operating facility for the public works department, which will be located on a municipally owned parcel. Further update in fall 2026, upon award.
