Description

Site work and new construction of a communication facility in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a communication facility.

City of Columbus departments advertising for construction bids receive bids electronically through Bid Express (www.bidexpress.com). Paper bids will not be accepted unless indicated in the Invitation for Bid. In order to view bid documents or to submit a bid, interested parties will need an account with Bid Express. There is no charge to establish an account or to bid on City of Columbus projects. This PDF Invitation for Bid is one of the bid documents and is the basis for the Contract for the project. Bidders will provide answers to the requested questions by using Bid Express. After a bidder is selected, the completed electronic bid submission and all uploaded documents of the selected bidder shall be attached to the Invitation for Bid and will become part of the Contract. The Contract shall then be emailed to the selected bidder along with instructions for printing and execution.
