Description

Site work for a residential development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.

Works generally include approximately 540 m3 of rock removal; supply and installation of approximately 1,220 m of low-pressure sewer; supply and installation of approximately 1,600 m of watermain; supply and installation of water and sewer service lines for 66 residential lots; supply of septic tanks and pumps for 66 residential lots; construction of double surface treated gravel roadways including culverts, ditches, and boulevard grading; lot grading and perimeter drainage; regrading of outlet drainage; remediation and relocation of approximately 7,160 m3 of observed refuse from the abandoned landfill; and expansion of a 39,000 m3 waste disposal cell at the landfill site to accept removed refuse material.
