Description

Demolition and site work for a military facility in Clovis, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility; and for site work for a military facility.

Removal, demolition, and related activities will be conducted at the CZQ VOR facility in Clovis, CA. The FAA no longer uses the equipment or buildings at this location, and after demolition and restoration activities, plans to cancel the lease. Prior to relinquishing the property, environmental hazards must be removed, certain onsite structures and infrastructure demolished or removed, and disturbed areas restored. All work must be conducted in accordance with Federal, State, and local requirements, with the most stringent to be followed in case of inconsistency. The Contractor is required to submit a draft Demolition, Removal, and Restoration work plan within 10 business days after the kickoff meeting, detailing the technical approach and schedule for all demolition, debris removal, disposal, and site restoration activities. The contractor must thoroughly review Government-furnished site survey reports to assist with work plan preparation. Sites for Demolition The demolition and related activities shall be performed at the FAA facilities listed below: CZQ VOR Clovis, CA (38.884322, -119.815140)
