The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, and materials necessary to perform biomedical waste removal services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) at the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners (USMCFP) located in Springfield, Missouri. Estimated quantities include, but are not limited to: Biomedical Waste Removal Services: 165,000 pounds; Pharmaceutical Waste (less than 2.2 pounds): 12 months; Pharmaceutical Waste Containers in Excess of Six (6) Containers (less than 2.2 pounds): 1 each; Pharmaceutical Waste Disposal Stop/Pickup: 1 each; Trace Chemotherapy Waste Removal (less than 12 bags per year): 1,000 pounds. Quotations shall be submitted in accordance with the "Quotation Submission Instructions" contained in Section L of the solicitation. Contractors must comply with FAR 52.222-54, Employment Eligibility Verification (E-Verify), by enrolling in the E-Verify program within 30 days of contract award and initiating employee verification within 90 days of enrollment.
