Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Tulalip, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 48,000-square-foot warehouse / distribution facility.
The Consolidated Borough of Quil Ceda Village is seeking proposals from firms experienced in commercial metal roofing to remove and replace approximately 48,000 SF of existing metal roofing, sheathing, underlayment, hardware, and components at the QCV Storage Building located at 2611 91St NE, Tulalip, WA 98271. The successful bidder must provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work. Bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting and visit the project site to familiarize themselves with the local conditions and project requirements. The work of this Bid Package consists of the work as shown and indicated on SCOPE OF WORK. The work is not restricted by division of drawing(s) or specification(s). Unless otherwise specifically noted, ALL WORK to be performed shall consist of but not limited to Labor, Materials, Tools, Equipment, Supervision, Insurance, Applicable Taxes, and all other associated provisions necessary to provide and install the complete Scope of Work of the Prime Contract in its entirety in strict accordance with the Contract Documents.
