Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in St George, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a water / sewer project; and playground / park / athletic field.

The Washington County Water Conservancy District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the Advanced Water Purification (AWP) Demonstration Facility and Conservation Garden Project. The project is a component of the Regional Reuse Purification System. An architect has been procured and a preliminary design report has been completed. The due date for questions regarding the solicitation is Wednesday, June 17th, 2026, 5:00 pm. The district strongly prefers that vendors submit questions through the Q&A section of the Kahua Bid Room. If you are unable to submit questions through the Kahua Bid Room, you may submit questions via email to dinah@wcwcd.gov.
