Description

Remodeling of a conference / convention center in Modesto, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a conference / convention center.

Robert E. Boyer Construction, Inc. is requesting subcontractor bids for the Stanislaus County Office of Education (SCOE) - Martin G. Peterson Event Center AV Replacement LLB project consisting of Phase 2: AV Design in the Event & Conference Room. Subcontractors are responsible for ensuring their bids are received prior to the deadline. Contract documents are available for review/download. Pre-Bid RFIs must be submitted by the noted deadline. Awards will be based on best value to the owner and made in SCOE’s best interest. This is a prevailing wage project and all tiered subcontractors must be registered with the DIR for all public works projects and must confirm compliance with "Skilled & Trained" workforce requirements as set forth in Education Code 17407.5(b)(3), including providing an enforceable commitment for use of a skilled and trained workforce.
