Construction of an outdoor play area as designated by PSA Commission Number 10552. WORK IDENTIFIED IN CONTRACT DOCUMENTS The Scope of Work for the Project is determined by the complete construction documentation , including all addenda thereto issued during the bid cycle , and the full Scope of Work is not limited by the brief summary of the Work provided here or in the Division 01 Summary of Work section , and including any Summary of Site Work section for projects involving exterior site improvements . Such “ summaries ” are issued to provide Bidders with a basic understanding of the general intent of the Project , and as such, the summaries are not exhaustive , all -inclusive listings of project scope . Absence of any specific detail in an offered summary does not remove such element from the Scope of Work presented by the complete document set . The Scope of Work includes the following : The scope of this project includes , but is not limited to, site improvements to a 63,700 sf area which includes : new 12 and older play equipment , a splash pad, a new masonry building with storage and changing rooms , new drainable rubber surfacing under existing equipment , a small amphitheater and a meandering accessible path with portions of concrete ramps and sidewalks . New automatic canopies , new accessible planting beds, a bioretention basin , new fencing and other new site furniture are included as part of this project .
