Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Clearfield, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The selected Vendor will be responsible for the following: A. Construction management and administration of the complete Project, including supervision, management, insurance, bonding, rentals, construction and site needs. B. Demolition of existing building and site. All environmental hazards removed per regulations. C. Subcontracting with all required and necessary contractors, trades, and labor to complete the Project as per the Construction Documents. D. Installing and providing all required and necessary supplies, products, equipment and materials in the Construction Documents. E. Providing all close out documents including, as-builts, manufacturer documentation, warranty information, product and equipment information. F. Geotech testing and report will need to be performed once the existing building is demolished. The County is requiring the Vendor to carry an allowance of $10,000 for the cost in the Vendor's bid. G. The County is requiring the 3rd party special testing and inspection for the project be provided by the Vendor. An allowance will be carried of $10,000 in the Vendor's bid. H. Environmental report for demolition of the existing building is attached hereto as Exhibit D I. Provide and submit Project Bid Summary similar to the example attached hereto as Exhibit F. The Vendor may use its own bid form if the bid form provides the same cost information so the County clearly understands the entire Project cost in the Vendor's proposed bid. J. Paying Clearfield City building, demolition permits and impact fees at the time the Vendor applies for the permits and seeking reimbursement from the County or working with the County to have such fees paid by the County directly.
