Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for the U.S. Coast Guard Sector Eastern Great Lakes Command Center Mini Splits Replacement Project. Refer to the Statement of Work for requirements. Site visits are highly encouraged and recommended for the development of an accurate quote. Contract work shall encompass the procurement , installation , testing , and commissioning of two new ductless split HVAC units with heating and cooling capability for Sector Eastern Great Lakes Command Center . Location- 1 Fuhrmann Blvd , Buffalo , NY 14203 The contractor shall provide all labor , materials , tools , equipment , and services necessary to complete the following tasks : 1. Equipment Procurement Supply and install two (2 ) new ductless split HVAC units (with heating and cooling capability ). Units must be appropriately sized for the command center heat / cooling load and compatible with the existing power supply . 2. Compatibility Verification Verify compatibility and optimal placement for ductless split units , including electrical and refrigerant connections . 3. Removal of Existing Units Recover and dispose of refrigerant in compliance with EPA regulations . Dispose of old equipment in accordance with local environmental regulations . 4. Installation of New Units Install two ductless split units in designated areas within the command center , ensuring proper mounting , electrical , and refrigerant connections . Replace external refrigerant line insulation as needed . O Pressure - test refrigerant lines and charge the systems with refrigerant for optimal operation .
