Reference Number cb-746-28447761 The maximum email file size that Parks Canada is capable of receiving is 15 megabytes. The Bidder is responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of the emailed bid due to file size. The Bidder should be cognisant of the size of the email as a whole, and not only the attachments. Please take into consideration that some attachments, when sent, may be resized during the email transfer. The work includes, but is not limited to, removing existing cedar shingles from the roof and dormer walls; replacing damaged underlayment, flashing, and roof sheathing as required; installing new cedar shingles to match the size and exposure of the existing shingles; installing new galvanized flashings at eaves, valleys, windowsills, roof penetrations, ridges, and hips; and repairing or replacing damaged wood trims, mouldings, and fascia, including repainting trims located above the soffit line. The building will remain occupied during the construction period. The Contractor will be required to coordinate the work with Parks Canada, protect occupants and adjacent property, maintain safe access, manage site safety and environmental protection requirements, and complete the work within the required project schedule.
