Demolition of the former James Madison Middle School. Scope includes structures, foundations, paving, utilities, and other improvements to the site as well as hazardous material removal prior to demolition. Backfilling and grading will be required. Bonds: 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required, Other Bond required (unspecified amount).
