Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ramsey, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work generally consists of reconstructing 0.48 miles of streets within the Riverside West subdivision. The work is estimated to include: 4,520 square yards of full-depth reclamation; 3,275 square yards of milling; 1,265 tons of bituminous pavement; 725 linear feet of concrete curb replacement; and miscellaneous other improvements. Instructions to bidders: Only online electronic bids through QuestCDN will be accepted. Instructions for online bidding are included in the Project Specifications. Each bidder must submit a bid bond made payable to the City of Ramsey in the amount of 5% of the total bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages if the bid is accepted and the bidder fails to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The online bid must be completed and submitted, all addenda acknowledged and the acknowledgement uploaded, and a copy of the bid bond uploaded to the site. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least 45 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City of Ramsey reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
