The District of Clearwater invites qualified contractors to provide sewer flushing and closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection services for portions of the municipal sanitary sewer collection system. Attached drawings are provided for reference and approximate quantities; contractors are responsible for confirming field conditions. The District’s sanitary collection system serves approximately 200 residential connections, 21 businesses, 2 schools, and 1 hospital, and includes about 4,160 m of gravity sanitary sewer main. The District undertakes periodic inspection and maintenance of the system to support asset management and operational planning. Submissions must be made using BC Bid Electronic Submission or by email as specified. For email submission, include the opportunity description and ID in the subject line, and ensure confirmation of receipt. Late submissions may not be considered. Questions should be submitted prior to the enquiries deadline.
