Description

Site work for a communication facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.

The purpose is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide JEA Communications Tower Work, and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the work considering pricing, quality, design, and workmanship. A more detailed description of the work is provided in the Technical Specifications included as an exhibit. Respondents that meet the minimum qualifications are invited to submit a response to perform the work. Instructions for submitting a response include that all documentation submitted must reference the Solicitation Title and Number and be made on the appropriate forms and formats specified, and uploaded to JEA’s procurement platform via the Zycus Supplier Network. An automated auditing system provides sealed response integrity until the close date and time. Respondents are responsible for timely delivery of their responses and are strongly encouraged to acquire login credentials and submit responses early to ensure the uploading process goes smoothly. If submission via Zycus is not possible, responses may be emailed to the JEA Buyer.
