Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Meridian, Idaho. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 6,640-square-foot fire / police facility.
The project consists of an exterior historic restoration of approximately a 6,640 square foot structure. Scope is anticipated to include limited earthwork, asphalt paving, site concrete pad, walks, ramps, curbs and gutters, landscape, irrigation, fencing, screens, site signage and striping, masonry, miscellaneous steel, rough carpentry with wood framing and applied fireproofing, insulation, damproofing, air barrier, glass and glazing, doors frames and hardware, millwork with casework, framing and drywall, fire stopping and joint sealants, FRP, flooring package, concrete sealing, interior and exterior painting, toilets and laundry accessories, wall protection and corner guards, lockers, fire suppression and alarm, plumbing, mechanical, electrical low voltage, A/V, access controls, and alerting system throughout. The estimated project value is between $1,250,000 to $1,750,000. Applications for qualification are invited from DPW licensed subcontractors. All businesses, including women-owned, minority-owned, and disadvantaged business enterprise companies, are encouraged to participate in the qualification process.
