Remodeling and renovation of a recreation facility in Laramie, Wyoming. Working plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility; and for the remodel of a recreation facility.
The City of Laramie is seeking qualified firms or teams consisting of contractors, builders, design firms, and/or engineers, licensed in Wyoming, to provide renovation services for the Ice and Event Center Renovation Project. Items under general consideration for this project are generally described as remodeling and reconfiguration of the existing concessions area, adjacent office and storage spaces, restroom countertops, and team bench platforms to improve operational efficiency, safety, storage capacity, workflow functionality, and overall facility appearance. Question Deadline 06/19/2026 at 12:00 PM MT Questions related to this RFP shall be directed to Wendy Clubb, Recreation Division Manager, wclubb@cityoflaramie.org. Responses to this RFP shall be submitted in electronic format. Late submittals will not be accepted. In-person attendance is mandatory at the pre-proposal meeting, as it will include a site tour of the project location.
