Addition of Kean Hall storm damage roof replacement Replace the existing EPDM roof on Kean Hall. Work includes, but is not limited to removal of the existing single-ply membrane, flashing and all insulation to the existing built-up roof. Remove and properly dispose of metal coping, conductor heads, downspouts and scupper sleeves. Repair existing built-up roof as required. Provide new peel and stick vapor barrier at penetrations and perimeter to seal openings. Provide and install two layers of 2.4" isocyanurate insulation, isocyanurate crickets and HD iso coverboard in foam adhesive. Provide and install a fully adhered, low slope fire retardant (LSFR), non-reinforced, black, .090" EPDM Roof System over cover board. System to be installed per Manufacturer's recommendations to achieve a 30-Year No-Dollar-Limit, Total-System Warranty. Provide new metal coping, conductor heads, downspouts and scupper sleeves. Provide new overflow scuppers at locations shown on Plans. Perform other specified work items as shown on the Plans.
