Site work for a road / highway in Brentwood, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The purpose of the project is to implement traffic signal system upgrades at 44 intersections throughout the City of Brentwood as part of a Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) improvement initiative. The upgrades include the installation of new signal equipment, video detection systems, accessible pedestrian signals (APS), and ADA-compliant curb ramps where required. Additionally, traffic signal timing will need to be programmed to optimize intersection operations and improve overall traffic flow. The project aims to enhance traffic flow, reduce congestion, and improve pedestrian safety at key intersections, while ensuring compliance with Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) standards. Deadline for Questions : June 10, 2026, 4:00pm The proposal contract specifies a completion time of on or before 270 calendar days after the start notice is issued. The City of Brentwood reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities in a bid, and to accept any bid, which, in its opinion, may be for the best interest of the City.
