MnDOT requests letters of interest for an Independent Technical Review (ITR) of State Projects (SPs) 4705-51, 5905-31, and 6401-41. SP 4705-51 is a roundabout at the intersection of Trunk Highway (TH) 12 and County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 43 in Litchfield. SP 5905-31 is a white-topping project with ADA, Culvert Replacement, and Stormwater Management on United States (US) 75 from County Road (CR) 34 to Minnesota (MN) 30 in Pipestone. SP 6401-41 is a medium mill and overlay with ADA, Culvert Replacements, and Guardrail Replacements on US 14 from 0.3 miles east of CSAH 7 to US 71, with added pavement work on TH 330. The goal of this project is to provide MnDOT with a team that will serve as the ITR Team for design deliverables (including electronic design files, calculations, and reports) such as draft construction limit roll plot, final construction limit roll plot, and 15, 30, 60 ,90, and 100 percent detail design submittals for SPs 4705-51, 5905-31, and 6401-41 Prospective, pre-qualified responders who have any questions regarding this Announcement must submit questions, by email, to the Contract Administrator: Gretchen Warner-Rhubee, Contract Administrator Gretchen.Warner-Rhubee@state.mn.us Questions regarding this Announcement must be received, via e-mail, by the Contact Administrator identified above no later than 2:00PM Central Time on 06/15/2026.
