Renovation of a water / sewer project in Crowley, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed generally consists mobilization, site preperation, SWPPP, and the following major work items: Diesel Generator (1 LS) - This item shall consist of a new diesel generator to provide stand-by, emergency power to the entire existing pump station building at 2000 E. Main Street, in Crowley, Texas. This item aslo includes a service-entrance rated automatic transfer switch, all associated branch circuiting, and control and signal wiring to replace the existing service entrance equipment. Concrete Base Slab (1 LS) - This work includes the complete cast-in-place installation of the concrete base slab for the new generator. Concrete Masonry Wall (1 LS) - This work includes the installation of a cast-in-place concrete continuous footing and masonry screen wall. Site Lighting (1 LS) - This work includes the installation of three pole light assemblies with light fixture, 20'-0" pole, and concrete pier foundation. Additionally, there are three wall mounted flood lights. All site lighting is controlled from a timeclock and photocell or automatic, on/off operation.
