Provide architect-engineering (A-E) services to support Civil Works and Interagency and International Services programs across the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Great Lakes and Ohio River Division. Services include preparation of construction drawings and specifications for design-bid-build and design-build projects, concept-level designs, engineering feasibility studies, field investigations and site assessments, value engineering, engineering during construction services such as shop drawing review and site inspections, design of demolition and deconstruction, hazardous materials survey and abatement methodology, sustainable design, development of construction cost estimates and schedules, technical analyses supporting new construction and renovation, and comprehensive planning for future construction requirements. Additional services include coordination for permits and utility agreements, utility investigations, participation in site visits and design reviews, commissioning plan development, and incidental services such as geotechnical investigations, laboratory sampling and analysis, surveys, title services, and archaeological investigations, along with all necessary materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and administrative support required to execute assigned task orders.
