Bids must be submitted under sealed cover, accompanied by the Bidder's Guaranty, Non-Collusion Declaration, and all required documents and information. Bidders must be licensed under applicable State laws, specifically under Chapter 9, Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California, at the time of bid submittal and throughout the project duration. The successful Contractor must obtain and retain a City of Stockton business license for the duration of the project.
