Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Question Deadline 06/12/2026 If a Bidder is in doubt as to the meaning of any of the Contract Documents or if he finds discrepancies or ambiguities in , or omissions from any of the Contract Documents , he shall immediately submit a written request at least five (5) calendar days in advance of the bid opening date to the Engineer for interpretation or clarification. The scope of work shall consist of but not limited to the following Removal and replacement of the two roofson the Facilities Management Building, 274 E 10th St, with an insulated TPO roof, including insulation and coverboard to meet 2018 IBC, gutters, downspouts, flashing and trim, penetration boots, and all other work and materials necessary for complete replacement of the roofing system, including a 20 year NDL warranty. Underlying repairs of the roof deck to be performed as necessary and directed.
