The Plymouth Public Schools invites the submission of sealed bids install the owner furnished Daktronics Outdoor Video Display System at Plymouth South High School, 490 Long Pond Road, Plymouth, MA The Contractor shall provide all labor , supervision , equipment , tools , materials , transportation , rigging , coordination , and incidental items necessary for the complete installation of an Owner -furnished Daktronics outdoor LED video display system at Plymouth South High School . The Town has separately procured the Daktronics equipment . This contract is for installation services only . Contractor shall provide all labor , equipment, and materials necessaryfor : excavation , footing construction , concrete foundations , reinforcing steel , anchor bolt installation , backfilling , and disposal /removal of excess excavated material as required for installation . Structural Installation Contractor shall : .furnish and install structural steel support members as required , install all mounting systems and hardware , provide cranes , lifts , rigging equipment , and safety controls , o mount and level the video display system, and complete all installation work in accordance with Daktronics requirements and structural drawings . Electrical and Data Work Contractor responsibilities shall include : o sleeve installation within footing for power and signal pathways , final wiring from the display to the distribution panel mounted on the structure , grounding and bonding , disconnects , surge protection , data cabling , network connections , and final terminations .
