Renovation of a residential development in Burnsville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Contractor agrees to provide the turnkey job. The replacement unit is to be a minimum of a 1,200 square foot manufactured home, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home on a permanent foundation. An example floor plan is attached; the home shall be comparable to or exceed floor plan in quality and size. This will be bid out as a turnkey job which includes, but is not limited to, the new replacement home with required specifications, a new well and septic (if required), as well as demolition of the existing home. Please find enclosed for each home: Attachment A: Request for Bids (including specifications and details of minimum requirements) and other information for home Attachment B: Bid Sheet Attachment C: Floor Plan Example (or comparable selection) Michelle Ball and Morgan West will be responsible for the administration of this project. Enclosure The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits for each home, so please factor these in with your bids. The lowest responsible bid will be accepted; however, Yancey County and/or the project administrator reserve the right to reject any bids.
