Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lakewood, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to road reconstruction, milling, paving, concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway aprons, curb ramps, detectable warning surfaces, curb, pavement striping, inlet repairs, installation of inlets and pipes, and site restoration. All work on this contract shall be completed within one hundred fifty (150) calendar days.
