Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lakewood, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of the project includes , but is not limited to road reconstruction , milling , paving , concrete sidewalk , concrete driveway aprons , curb ramps , detectable warning surfaces , curb , pavement striping , inlet repairs , installation of inlets and pipes , and site restoration . All work on this contract shall be completed within one hundred fifty ( 150 ) calendar days . Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check , cashier's check or bid bond duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Township of Lakewood in an amount not less than ten percent ( 10 % ) but in no case in excess of $ 20,000.00 of the amount bid . Any such bid bond shall be without endorsement or conditions . Bid shall also be accompanied by a certificate letter from a surety company stating that it will provide the bidder with the completion bond . The Township of Lakewood reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty ( 60 ) days after the receipt thereof , and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids , either in whole or in part and also to waive any informality in any and make such awards or take action as may be in the best interest of the Township of Lakewood .
