As the Main Construction Manager for the Giant Mine Remediation Project, Parsons Inc. is requesting competitive bids for Water Treatment Plant Operations and Maintenance to select the best value firm to provide all services associated with this solicitation for Giant Mine, located in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. The proposal price must include the cost for all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the work as outlined in this RFP and according to the included attachments. Bidders must submit their bids online. Bidders are required to register for the pre-bid conference and site visit, and must ensure all persons attending the site have the proper safety footwear, hard hats, reflective vests, and safety glasses. Personnel without the required personal protective equipment will be denied access to the site. A site orientation by Parsons will be required for all registered bidders. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
