Question Deadline 06/05/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. All bidding questions shall be directed to Morrison-Maierle, Inc., Kevin Ireland, at (406) 751-5861 or email to kireland@m-m.net. The project consists of replacing the existing steam heating plant with a hot water boiler plant alongside all downstream piping and heating terminal units throughout the building. All Bids must include a Bid Security of ten percent (10%) of the maximum Bid price in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, bank money order, bank draft or Bid Bond payable to Kalispell Public Schools, executed by an acceptable surety. A one-hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a separate Payment Bond will be required upon award of the contract. A 1% Montana Gross Receipts Tax is applicable to this Project. The Montana State Prevailing Wage Rates are applicable to this Project. Each Contractor will be required to have a certificate of registration from the Employment Relations Division of the Montana Department of Labor and Industry in the proper classification.
