Renovation of an educational facility in Kalispell, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project consists of replacing the existing steam heating plant with a hot water boiler plant alongside all downstream piping and heating terminal units throughout the building. All Bids must include a Bid Security of ten percent (10%) of the maximum Bid price in the form of a cashier’s check, certified check, bank money order, bank draft or Bid Bond payable to Kalispell Public Schools, executed by an acceptable surety. A one-hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond and a separate Payment Bond will be required upon award of the contract. A 1% Montana Gross Receipts Tax is applicable to this Project. The Montana State Prevailing Wage Rates are applicable to this Project. Each Contractor will be required to have a certificate of registration from the Employment Relations Division of the Montana Department of Labor and Industry in the proper classification.
