Imperial Irrigation District (IID), an irrigation district established under Division 11 of the California Water Code, Sections 20500 et seq., that provides non-potable water, farm drainage and power services to the lower southeastern portion of California's desert, is requesting proposals from highly qualified Respondents to: Construct 1,274 linear feet of Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) block wall, ranging in height from 8 to 9 feet, enclosing the perimeter of the J50 Facility. The scope also includes reinforcement along the street-facing frontage and the addition of a new anti-ram gate. CRITICAL DATES FOR ACTION: 1. Mandatory Meeting/Jobwalk There will be a mandatory meeting and jobwalk to follow which will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 8:00 a.m., Local Time, at IID’s J4 Water Control Conference Room located at 333 E. Barioni Blvd., CA 92251, see page 8 for map and directions. The jobwalk will be conducted following the meeting. Firms planning to attend should confirm their attendance with Mr. Marty P.
