This project involves repair of interior spaces at an Army Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) facility in support of the U.S. Army 99th Readiness Division. The work is part of a construction requirement under NAICS code 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, designated for small business participation. All work must be performed and completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) within the specified performance period. Location: Reading USARC/AMSA 116, 547 Philadelphia Avenue, Reading, PA 19607, United States. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to the contracting officer, Theresa Eckstein, theresa.m.eckstein.civ@army.mil and contract specialist, Ryan Nicklous, ryan.p.nicklous.civ@army.mil by Thursday 2 July 2026 at 10:00 EDT. Phone calls will not be accepted for questions. Questions must be submitted in writing. The contracting officer will review late questions on a case-by-case basis and determine whether a response is necessary to maintain the integrity of the acquisition and protect the Government's interests. Responses to questions will be provided by amendment or through the official solicitation posting.
