Renovation of a mixed-use development in Auburn, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For the construction of a pre manufactured metal building with workshops , classrooms , and meeting spaces totaling 19,270 SF along with a larger outdoor covered area of about 4,000 SF . The project will consist of two phases . The project is for the Muckleshoot Tribal School and is generally referred to as the Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK ) Barn . The intent is to enter into an agreement with a single general construction contractor (GC ) for both phases of the work . A Preconstruction phase will be necessary to complete engineering of the metal building and coordinate with the Owner's Architect Scope of Work includes all work to construct both phases of the TEK Barn . Scope should include all labor , materials , and equipment necessary for completing site work , utilities , building , mechanical , and electrical components . Wage Rate Requirements . The Contractor shall comply with Washington State prevailing wage requirements on Public Works as defined in Chapter 39.12 RCW . Question Deadline 06/12/2026
