Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Construction of approximately 400 lineal feet of concrete sidewalk and curb along Pilkington Road , including three curb ramps and reconstruction of two driveways . The work also includes tree removal , the addition of three catch basins and storm pipe , and utility adjustments This project is subject to Oregon minimum wage rate requirements of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 . Bidders must submit a Bid Security to the City , along with their Bid , in an amount of 10 % . If a Bidder wishes to be personally present at the Bid Opening or if you have accessibility concerns , please contact the Project Manager at least four (4) business days prior to the Bid Opening . The City will investigate and determine the qualification of the apparent successful Bidder as part of its evaluation of the responsive Bid with the highest points . Because the City's estimate of the contract value is $ 100,000 or greater , bidders must submit a First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form (provided in the Bid Documents ) to the City no later than 4:00 p.m. , local time , on the date for receipt of bids . The First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form shall be submitted electronically to the same link as the Bid . Question Deadline 06/09/2026 : Clarifications to the Bidding Documents will be made by addenda only . Oral statement may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective .
