Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Construction of approximately 400 lineal feet of concrete sidewalk and curb along Pilkington Road , including three curb ramps and reconstruction of two driveways . The work also includes tree removal , the addition of three catch basins and storm pipe , and utility adjustments Project Substantial Completion shall be September 30, 2026, and Project Final Completion shall be October 16, 2026. This project is subject to Oregon minimum wage rate requirements of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 . Bidders must submit a Bid Security to the City , along with their Bid , in an amount of 10 % . If a Bidder wishes to be personally present at the Bid Opening or if you have accessibility concerns , please contact the Project Manager at least four (4) business days prior to the Bid Opening . The City will investigate and determine the qualification of the apparent successful Bidder as part of its evaluation of the responsive Bid with the highest points . Because the City's estimate of the contract value is $ 100,000 or greater , bidders must submit a First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form (provided in the Bid Documents ) to the City no later than 4:00 p.m. , local time , on the date for receipt of bids . The First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form shall be submitted electronically to the same link as the Bid . Question Deadline 06/11/2026 Questions about meaning or intent of the Bid Documents shall be submitted through the project bid site no later than seven (7) days prior to Bid Closing Time. Clarifications to the Bidding Documents will be made by addenda only. Oral statement may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.
