The services required include, in particular: The repair, replacement and installation of drinking water, sanitary drainage and stormwater pipes; The maintenance, upgrading and replacement of plumbing equipment (taps, valves, sanitary fixtures, water heaters, pumps, etc.); The location and repair of leaks or breaks; The performance of leak tests, camera inspections and diagnostics; The certification and calibration of backflow prevention devices, including the production of the required reports; Any work necessary to maintain the proper functioning, compliance and safety of the installations.
