Reference Number 0000426269 The purpose of this ITN is to obtain proposals from professional providers to provide Custodial Services at the following College locations: Homestead Campus (500 College Terrace, Homestead, FL 33030), West Campus (3800 NW 115th Avenue, Doral, FL 33178), Miami Executive Airport Outreach Center (14715 SW 128th Street, Building #501, Miami, FL 33196); and Miami International Airport Outreach Center (2460 NW 66th Avenue, Building #701 - Mezzanine Level, Miami, FL 33122). Question Acceptance Deadline 06/22/2026 01:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes Site walkthrough notes: Pre-proposal and Site Visit Meetings (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED) If the Proposer feels that any specifications in this ITN are unreasonable, this should be brought to the Purchasing department's attention at the Pre-Proposal meeting. Any change(s) to the ITN specifications will be addressed in an addendum. Please be sure to have a photo ID and allow time to sign in with Public Safety/security at each location. This will be the only dates and times the College staff would be available to respond directly to questions regarding the services being solicited. It is strongly recommended that Proposers attend to ask questions and become familiar with any condition(s) which may in any manner affect the services to be performed or affect the equipment, materials and labor required.
