The City of Lee's Summit is seeking electronically submitted Statements of Qualifications from firms or providers interested in serving as Construction Manager at Risk for the Jacomo Pump Stations and Forcemains. Submittals must be received electronically through Public Purchase by the specified deadline. All addendums must be signed and included with the Statement of Qualifications. For any service agreement over $5,000, the successful proposer is required to (1) provide a sworn affidavit affirming that no unauthorized aliens are knowingly employed, and (2) submit documentation confirming enrollment and participation in a federal work authorization program for the employees involved in the agreement. Required documentation includes a signed and notarized Work Authorization Affidavit and the electronic signature page from the E-Verify program.
