This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for seeking qualified and experienced contractors to provide heavy civil excavation and related support services under a Heavy Service Agreement. These services will support various capital improvement projects, system upgrades, emergency repairs, and ongoing maintenance activities across KCBPU facilities and infrastructure within Wyandotte County.
