Description

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Pulaski, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The Town of Richland is accepting sealed bids for repair of a Munters desiccant dehumidifier unit at the Salmon River Ice Rink, Haldane Center. Work includes removal and replacement of the failed desiccant wheel, drive motor, and associated components, along with unit cleaning and operational verification. SCOPE-Removal of Failed Components : Remove the failed desiccant wheel , drive motor , and all corresponding parts and components associated with the desiccant wheel assembly . 3. Unit and Ductwork Cleaning : Thoroughly clean the interior of the unit , including all accessible areas impacted by the failed desiccant wheel , of all silica dust and debris generated by the failure . Contractor shall also inspect and clean any directly connected ductwork , plenums , or openings where silica dust , wheel media , or debris from the failed desiccant wheel may have accumulated . Cleaning shall be performed using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE ) and a HEPA -filtered vacuum or other approved method to prevent silica dust exposure in accordance with applicable safety regulations . 4. Installation of Replacement Components : Supply and install a new desiccant wheel , drive motor , and all corresponding parts and components necessary to restore the unit to full operational condition . 5. Cleanup and Debris Removal : Contractor shall clean up and remove all debris from the project site upon completion of work . All removed components and debris shall be disposed of in accordance with applicable federal , state , and local regulations .
