Construction of a new two-story Senior Center building, located at an undeveloped Town-owned parcel of land on Bishop Rd. in Ayer, MA. The proposed project includes general building construction and trade work (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.) in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, as well as associated sitework and utility construction/connections. The building is designed to be two stories and will include an elevator. The construction duration is approximately 14 months. Scope also includes coordination with / connection to new site utilities, which are being brought to the undeveloped site under separate contracts with the Town / Department of Public Works.
