Bids are requested for design, furnishing and delivery of Three quantities of " in-kind " generator step-up transformers to replace the existing units , located at the existing outdoor switchyard at the Jeff L. Taylor Pine Flat Power Plant , owned and operated by KRCD and located at the base of the US Army Corps of Engineers Pine Flat Dam - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 % Question Deadline 07/31/2026 at 4:00 PM PT All RFIs shall be emailed to KRCD Director of Power Resources , Pawan Niroula at pniroula@krcd.org , with an email subject line " PF 203.02.102 -RFI (short RFI description )" . Owner reserves the right in its sole discretion after opening bids to waive any and all irregularities in any bid , to reject any or all bids , or to award the Contract to the responsible bidder . The award of the Contract , if it is awarded , will be made within one hundred -twenty days after the final bid submission date .
