Washoe County Community Services Department is seeking a professional engineering firm to provide an alignment study, preliminary design, and permitting services for the west expansion of the recycled water distribution system. The project also includes a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) as part of the project team. The engineering firm will be chosen through a qualifications-based selection process.
