Removal and replacement of an in-ground 2-post bus lift and associated controls, concrete slab and supporting foundation, trench drains, oil water separator, and minor electrical work. The Owner has purchased the lift, and it is on-site. The project will be bid and awarded as one Prime Contract for General Construction (GC). Contract Terms: Lump sum (fixed price, stipulated sum). Last request for substitution due 10 days prior to bid due date. Last request for information due 10 days prior to bid due date. Bid due date: June 18, 2026, before 3:00 pm local time. Bid opening occurs immediately after due date/time. Notice of award within 7 days after due date. Bids may not be withdrawn until 45 days after due date. Required construction start date: July 1, 2026. Required substantial completion date: September 30, 2026. Required final completion date: October 30, 2026. Final completion date is critical due to requirements of Owner's operations. The Owner reserves the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement process at any time.
