Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

Upper Darby Township is seeking proposals from qualified consultants for the design of a new outdoor, approximately 10,000 square foot ADA accessible all wheels skatepark at Observatory Hill Recreation Area. Sealed proposals are to be submitted online by the specified deadline. The Township reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all proposals, or take such action as it may deem in the best interest of the Township and as may be permitted by law. Questions regarding the RFP shall be submitted using the designated feature within PennBid by the specified date and time.
