The project consists of supplying various road materials including: crushed limestone (#610's, #5's, #8's, #9's, #11's, #57's), Rip Rap, Dense Grade (DGA), all aggregates meeting or exceeding state specifications, both F.O.B. Quarry and delivered to specific mile ranges; emulsified asphalts (RS-2, MS-3, AE-200, AE-300, HF-RS-2 and Primer L) both with and without a tank provided by the bidder; inclusion of a loading hose, specification of demurrage time and rate, and availability of a Pug Mil for mixing AE-200 or AE-300; plant hot mix asphalt (surface and base), both FOB plant and price per ton delivered and applied; cold mix asphalt per ton; tiles (#12", 15", 18", 24" plastic and galvanized); gasoline and diesel fuel, with arrangements for dispensing and adherence to county and OSHA regulations; haul charges per ton for listed limestone products for specified mile ranges. Bids must be submitted using provided bid sheets, with clearly labeled envelopes, and should note any discount term. Bids are valid for one year. The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids.
