This work consists of furnishing all labor , materials , tools , equipment and incidentals necessary to replace the existing motor control center (MCC ) at the Village's Deerfield Road Pump Station , located at 1199 Deerfield Road . This work shall consist of the following : - Removal and replacement of the existing MCC . Removal and replacement of existing generator muffler . - Rerouting the generator exhaust piping through the roof . - Installation of new exhaust fans and heated make -up air unit . Natural gas service . - Installation of new panelboards and ground mounted transformer . Consolidation of existing SCADA system components into a new control cabinet . - Removal and replacement of underground flow sensor . Interior lighting and plumbing improvements .
