All material shall be delivered FOB LHO warehouse within Qikiqtarjuaq. The successful contractor is solely responsible to ensure that the designated Government of Nunavut marine carrier and local cartage is used. The bid must provide unit pricing for each item and the total net bid price for all items offered, with all prices in Canadian dollars exclusive of GST. Materials must be delivered during the 2026 Sealift season using the designated carrier for Qikiqtarjuaq. Bidders are to make a lot bid from the totals of Communitys Appendix C and place it on the tender form. The successful bidder must submit a crate list, detailed packing slips showing item number, description, and shop drawings upon delivery to the designated carrier. No payments will be released until this has been received in a satisfactory form. =
